We care about our clients, and especially care about our Real Estate Community. Applicants with The Vendor List for Real Estate Professionals must check a few boxes to make it inside. 

Are You Legal?

Our first step when receiving an application is a two in one. We'll validate your business status with the State, and we'll verify that no liens or other legal judgements are pending against your business. Additionally, we'll dig into a 3 year history. 

How's Your Reputation?

We want the best - not necessarily the most well known in your area. Upon receiving an application, we dig deep into your public reputation, and we'll determine if we feel you're a fit. This includes any local accreditations, online presence reputation and social engagement.
